Grant began building applications using web technologies over 15 years ago and has been the lead developer on systems and software that have been deployed on hundreds of websites. He is a senior level Web Application Developer with a focus on Lean/Agile Software Development practices; specifically on administration systems for the last four years.
During Grant’s partnership with Chris, he has been fortunate to be recognized as the Kitchener Young Entrepreneur of the Year for his work at ChromeMedia. He is an active member of many tech groups in the area including the Guelph PHP Developers Group, Waterloo Agile Lean Communitech Peer 2 Peer, and others.


Chris is a graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University. He has over 12 years experience in the Web Development industry and has acted as a Project and Account Manager on hundreds of Web Development and Web Marketing projects.

In addition, he handles Business Development duties for ChromeMedia Inc. and has a great deal of experience managing sales channels and closing deals with customers. He also has a broad knowledge of web marketing techniques such as SEO and SEM.

In his role as a co-owner of ChromeMedia Inc. he has gained extensive experience in Business Management and Strategy. Chris is also an active member of the Lions Club of Kitchener, and enjoys attending many of the region’s tech-based networking groups.




Having graduated from Conestoga College’s Advertising program with Distinction in 2009, Caryn moved on to gain first-hand experience in marketing from both the creative side and then moving into implementation.  She has held the Digital Media Coordinator position at a local museum, and the Director of Marketing position at a top-ranking Canadian corporate training and development company.

She currently balances her time and skills between Integrated Marketing Communications and Front-End Web Development.  Caryn is active in community fundraising and awareness projects, and can often be found at social networking events.

In 2012 Caryn brought her diverse skillset to the ChromeMedia Inc. team.  Her specific areas of expertise include web design, content creation, marketing, user experience, SEO, and social media marketing.


Adam first became interested in building software at ten years old. He’s been hard at work learning and developing ever since. He is currently working through the process of earning his diploma in Software Engineering from Conestoga College.

Adam’s passion is developing for the web using the latest advancements in PHP, Javascript, HTML5, and CSS3. He considers himself a lifelong learner and constantly challenges himself to expand his knowledge and incorporates new ideas into everything he’s done.
